Premium Golf Tournaments with Real Community Impact
Fair Shot hosts and manages golf tournaments that give local businesses meaningful visibility while benefiting high school athletic programs.

Why We Do It
Fair Shot was created to support under-resourced schools with limited community backing in the Clark County area. These schools often struggle to raise funds for basic needs like as uniforms and practice equipment. By organizing and running tournaments on their behalf, we generate funds that help student-athletes access the resources and experiences they have earned, so they can represent their school with pride.

Sponsors for these tournaments benefit from more than just goodwill. Instead of relying on families affiliated with the school, we build tournaments that are fun to play in and promote them through multiple local channels to bring in golfers from across the Las Vegas Valley, ensuring real visibility. Sponsors also receive clear recognition and logo placement opportunities throughout the event, creating a professional brand presence from check-in to the awards ceremony.
About the Founder

Dylan Barnard
Founder
Dylan Barnard founded Fair Shot Events after eight years as a teacher and coach with CCSD. He has seen firsthand how difficult it can be for schools to access the resources they need. Fundraising often requires navigating layers of approvals, paperwork, and limitations that slow down support for students and programs that need help now.

The idea for Fair Shot came when Dylan’s golf program was adopted by a tournament organizer, and gained access to funding that was more streamlined and effective. That experience sparked a simple realization: Doing something positive for students doesn't have to be complicated. And so Fair Shot was created, to provide a cleaner, more professional path for supporting under-resourced schools through tournaments designed to generate real results.

Dylan’s approach to “premium” is specific. It's more than a round of golf and lunch, it’s an experience that feels positive and engaging from start to finish. That means strong organization, clear communication, and a tournament environment where every hole adds something to the day, so players enjoy it, sponsors feel proud to be there, and the event builds momentum year after year.

Dylan brings the same mindset to Fair Shot that he brings to any program he cares about: make it well-run and worth people’s time.
